What's the deal with those marks on Sasuke's wrists?

I don't know why, but this chapter is giving me THE SHIVERS!!

WTF, is Sasuke's curse seal turning into a hunchback? That's kind of gross. OH, IT'S A SNAKE. Still gross.

Seriously, in that last panel on page 11, he really looks like a woman.

Anyway, sooo much shuriken! @_@ Also, the last few panels seriously creep me out. It could be genjutsu though, since Itachi's got his MS on... Hmm, if Sasuke loses an eye--what's that going to do to his sense of balance? It'll seriously skew his fighting abilities.

I don't think it is genjustu, because why would Itachi bother, if the eyes were his actual aim then he wouldn't want to fake Sasuke out about it. Unless they're NOT his actual aim and he has other tricks up his sleeve.

Heh, I am way overthinking this. Mainly because I don't want Sasuke to lose his pretty eyes! This is not a good development at all!!!

That's just it!--I don't trust anything Itachi says. He says Sasuke's eyes are his aim, but... there's so many discrepancies in what he says I really can't take his words for granted. >_>

One-Eyed!Sasuke would be interesting to see--it'll screw over his fighting capabilities like WHOA.

Also, we can't say for certain who screamed at the end. :D

Yeah, and I still don't get why he'd be wanting Sasuke's eyes when Sasuke doesn't have the MS yet anyway. If he could just get the eyes and turn them MS anytime, why didn't he take them at some other point, when Sasuke was less strong?

He'd totally need to readjust, wouldn't he, with only one eye. I suppose he could get tips from Kakashi, he fights okay with only one eye most of the time.

That is a really good point. Maybe Sasuke's hunchback snake took a big bite out of Itachi. Or maybe Naruto has showed up to save the day. I'm starting to miss him!!
