Naruto chapter 385

So, I have a bunch of new LJ friends. HELLO AWESOME NEW FRIENDS!!!

I've finally read the new Naruto chapter. My sister interrupted me in the middle and I was like OMG GO AWAY! UCHIHAS!!!! OMG!

I think I have things to say behind a cut, but I'm not sure.


What is it about Sasuke vs Itachi that is SO FREAKING AWESOME??? IT'S JUST TOO AWESOME FOR MY BRAIN.

So, there wasn't really anything revealed that everyone hadn't already guessed, I suppose, like about Madara and Kyuubi and all that. But still OMG!

SASUKE IS TOTALLY GOING TO KILL ITACHI AND THEN HUNT DOWN MADARA BUT HE WILL NEED TO TEAM UP WITH NARUTO TO DO IT AND THEN MADARA WILL BE ALL CONTROLLING KYUUBI AND NARUTO'S SEAL WILL BREAK AND THERE IS GOING TO BE SO MUCH ANGST (and possibly awesome boylove moments) AND I THINK MY BRAIN WILL EXPLODE!!!

I loved the bit with Itachi talking about how you make your own reality. It really fits in with his Genjutsu thing. And when Itachi was all like 'I NEVER LIKED YOU ANYWAY, I WAS TOTALLY FAKING IT' and there were the flashbacks of good old Uchiha brother times, I WAS VERY MOVED. Though, I do have a really bad stomach ache from eating too much chocolate, but I'm pretty sure it wasn't just that.

SASUKE, I'D FORGOTTEN HOW MUCH I LOVE YOU AND THE EMO CLOUD OF DOOM THAT HANGS OVER YOUR HEAD. If Itachi just hugged you and said he was sorry, you'd totally forgive him, wouldn't you! I love that Itachi basically acknowledged how strong Sasuke is now.

The bit where Sasuke is like 'AHA! So, blindness is the price you pay for controlling the Nine-Tailed Fox' makes me wonder exactly what was in that Super-Sekrit Scroll. Does it say about Madara summoning Kyuubi? But if so, then why was Sasuke so surprised when he penetrated Naruto's brain and Kyuubi was all like 'hehehe, Uchihas'. I HAVE QUESTIONS, KISHI! QUESTIONS THAT NEED ANSWERING!!!

LOL, the real reason Sasuke wants to find Madara is so he can ask him about how to control Kyuubi like a pet, isn't it. *imagines cute pet!Naruto*

Okay, I'm going to stop flailing now.




I have a bunch of LJ comments to reply to, and I'll promise I'll do it soon, but I really should go have sister time, seeing as how I basically kicked her out of my room. And you know, after that, I'm really appreciating having a family who doesn't try to stab me with their really big swords and stuff.

And I must say I agree whole-heartedly. XDD Ever since the day dear emo boy read the secrets if the clan, he vowed to get stronger so one day he could have Naruto as a pet. XDD If only Naruto knew that was the reason why Sasuke left. The sacrifices. XD

Sasuke on a rampage is just ... ahhh! Amazing. It made me to happy that he is going to hunt down Madara just because we get to see him be more like he is now. I know the whole point to hunting down Sasuke is to save him, but omg... Kohona, let him rampage cause Uchiha fighting is beyond hot.

It shall be a grand adventure!

Yeah, I mean even Itachi's not good enough to fool everyone all the time. I guess people were suspicious of him later on, and it's hard when you only see him in Sasuke's POV in flashbacks. I don't know, the whole 'measuring your worth' explanation just seems a little lame to me.

But I liked how Sasuke was reminising about all the moments. ((EEE, WE SAW NEW SCENES!!! I love the one where Sasuke is looking over Itachi's shoulder, when Itachi's working XD GAH, AND WHEN THEY ARE SITTING TOGETHER~~))
Anyway, Sasuke looked sad. It seemed like he wasn't completly over it. He was still attached to his Nii-san.

SO WAS I. Itachi, you bastard! For the first time in a long, long time I actually wanted to hug Sasuke (I've been rather tired of his endless doom and angst, and wanted to slap him back to his senses). Everything he thought was real was a lie. ;____;

Now that you mentioned it, the Uchiha blindness is a bit strange. If Madara was the first one with a super-speshul sharingan and über Kyuubi-controlling powers, shouldn't he be blind by now? I mean, if really was the one who sent Kyuubi to destroy Konoha because they said Madara wasn't the prettiest Uchiha he needed to use the aforementioned super-sharingan a lot more than Itachi has ever used. And Itachi is going blind already. Answer, Kishimoto!
