i killed sam!

you know how i said a couple of days ago that my fish had this weird black spot on his back? well he was acting fine and then i came into my room and he was DEAD! sam fishchester is no more!

dean was all kissing him trying to make him wake up but it was no use. (my sister says dean was actually trying to eat him but he would never do that to his sammy!) i can't even make a deal with a yellow-eyed demon fish because it's TOO LATE!

my sister came into my room with rock salt and her lighter so we could salt and burn him, but we think maybe he's still a bit wet.

i am very upset.

poor fish!sammy. he was too good for this world.

I am kind of bad with dead things at all. It was very freaky disposing of dead fish!Sammy. His eyes kept looking at me with accusation, saying 'you're a terrible fish owner!'.

Oh no! I think the bigger your animal is, the more attatched you get to it. Which doesn't make a lot of sense, but it's a theory anyway. I've generally been lucky, I normally have dogs and they're pretty hardy.

I don't know about bigger, I guess it's the more interaction you have with the animal. You can't really do much with fish. I suppose you could talk to them. But you can't play with them. Didn't stop me from being pissed/sad when mine died. :(

My fish were always pretty interactive. At least, for fish they were. Whenever they could see you they'd come right up to the side of the bowl and try to talk to you. Woe for the happy fish times of the past!

I'm still sorry Sam Fishchester died! (Did I spell that correctly?) You should get Dean a Sammy the second. If Dean got to come back to life, so should Sam.

Well, fish are kind of funny, and Supernatural is kind of funny and so it only figures that if you combine the two it will be funny. And you know, we laugh through our grief. Like Dean. The real!Dean, not the fish.

You know some friends of mine also named their fish after a set of fictional brothers, and they both died and then they had another set, and they also died.

And yet my .10 goldfish from Walmart is about 10 years old. 0_o

But fish!Dean is healthy. Though he was always much more hardy than Sam, who was quite fragile even as a baby fish.

I have this theory that because his dark spot came from his insides, it is reflecting the darkness of real!Sam and his inner struggle with his freaky psychic skillz. Though, while my fish turned to the dark side, I hope that doesn't bode ill for real!Sam!!!

I know! Poor fish!Dean keeps swimming around all lost and then freaking out, like every three seconds he's remembering that his brother is dead. It's very traumatic for us both!!

Dean seems sad and not himself, but he hasn't developed any scary black spots. I had a bit of a look at Sam before I laid him to rest and he seemed to be going black from the inside, so I'm thinking maybe it was a pre-existing condition. I still feel awful and as though I could've done more to save him though.

He was a goldfish. A little Sammy!goldfish. Dean is in deep mourning and is flailing around on the bottom of the tank and I fear he won't make it through the night (though the new episode might revive him). If he does survive I am thinking I will just tell him that Sammy didn't die, he just went away to college and then I will buy a new fish!Sam and fish!Dean will never know the difference.
