six important things

antpower1. So, I have all these awesome new LJ friends (HELLO NEW FRIENDS!), and it only seems right that I make some sort of intro post so that they don't get me all mixed up with all their other awesome new LJ friends.
Um. This is hard. Now I totally can't think of anything. I'm a girl. Who likes... stuff.
I'm in my late-20s. I live in Melbourne, Australia, in a sharehouse with my sister, a stinky old guy called Noel and this freaky guy, Richie, who is only home about one night a month and when he's here he whacks off to porn in the bathroom. We know this because one time he left his porn mag in there. It was funny.
I've been sick for about the last two years with the Most Boring Illness Ever, otherwise known as Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. This basically means that any time I want to do anything fun, like go out for drinks or, I dunno, go to the circus (not that I would because I am totally with Sam on the clown thing, in fact anything with a fake face freaks me right out), or go see a band or whatever, I end up being bedridden for a week or so. It's like having the flu on top of a hangover on top of a migraine, which kind of sucks. On the plus side, it gives me loads of time toread tasty Wincest fic write my novel.
My novel is about pirates, mostly. Pirates with superpowers. Who are evil, only they kind of suck at being evil so they end up being not-too-bad instead. There are apocolypses (in plural) of the good old-fashioned good vs evil fight-to-the-death style (are there any other sorts of apocolypses?) and trained monkeys and pretty boys with shiny hair and other things that novels need. Of course, the writing of the novel was going much better before Supernatural ate my brain.
I like strawberry milk, music I can sing to in the car and colouring in with inappropriate colours. Apparently I also have a thing for parentheses, but that might just be in this post (or maybe it's not - geez, I'm such a nerd, see what I did there?). From March to September I am obsessed with Aussie Rules football, specifically the St Kilda football club. This year is our year! I like to colour-code things and I like notebooks and as a result I have a whole heap of colour-coded notebooks. This isn't even at all interesting, is it.
I like Ron Weasley better than Harry, Spike better than Angel, Frodo better than Aragorn, Vader better than Luke, Simon Tam better than Mal, Dwight better than Jim (well, that's a lie but really I love Gareth Keenen better than anyone), Lilly Kane better than Veronica and GOB Bluth better than Michael. And I couldn't choose between Sam and Dean, because I'm only human, after all.

3. Everyone has been flailing about SPN possibly not getting renewed for a third season, and I was all like 'oh it will be fine, of course we'll be renewed' but then everyone kept on flailing and now I'm kind of terrified.

promote_spn, but if all you non-supernatural people could take two minutes out of your day to go here and vote in the CW poll for which show should be renewed and here and sign the petition, that would make this little Ant very happy indeed. You know I'd totally do it for you!
And you know, if you could just happen to randomly mention the show to folk you meet, like co-workers or family or that weird-looking guy who always sits next to you on the train. Especially if you know people who like Buffy/X-Files/Hot Guys with guns.
4. I finally have my layout looking how I want it to look. See! Except my sister says she can't read the text on her monitor because it's too dark, so if anyone has problems of that sort, can you let me know and I can tinker with it.
Tinker is a funny word.

sandy_phoenix, I really do. Even though you're probably not reading this on account of you don't watch either Heroes or Prison Break.
Are they upping the Petrellicest so that is awesome enough to compete with all the other prettycests out there, because it sure seems like it. Nathan was less hot this week without the eyeliner, but he almost made up for it with the brother-touching.
Hiro is the most awesome thing in Awesometown. I am impatient for him and (unspecial) Ando to meet up with Peter and Nathan and Claire and for them to all go do karaoke together.
And as for Prison Break?
I'm trying hard to get past the Sara!squee, so I can say something about the episode, but seriously? OMG, Michael Crane! And sekret-special-TV-messages! And Michael is going to find out Kellerman (or as my sister calls him, Kellerman-droid) tried to kill Sara and then they are going to have FISTICUFFS! Hot sweaty fisticuffs where they roll around in the mud, and Sara, being the smart girl that she is, will film it and put it on youtube for the whole world to enjoy.
Oh, and Papi! Sucre, you didn't want to steal that man's car, and your little face when the police brought you back to the man and he gave you the money! I wanted to squish you until you could be squished no more! You deserve so much better than Maricruz, who will only break your heart! Go back to Michael and he will take care of you! (Why do I want everyone to be with Michael? Oh yeah, because he's hot.)
Also, LOLZ at Bellick trying the Michael Scofield Prison Breakout Routine with the 'just leave the door open'. Dude, it was such a half-arsed attempt!
Next week the family pool will jackpot in the 'Who will die next on Prison Break' betting. I am putting my money on President Reynolds. Don't screw with myboyfriend Kellerman, biatch, even if you are possibly just some secret service dude impersonating you!

This picture right here, it has killed me dead. LOOK AT DEAN'S FACE! LOOK AT IT! And Sam, omg, evil!Sam is so darn pretty and OMG this episode, it's going to melt me into a puddle of goo, like the goo the shapeshifter left last week and Ronald slipped in it. It won't be pretty goo, it will be icky, slippery goo of mind-melting of evil!Sam fantabulousness and there surely must be a hug after all that!
