People have answered this for me, but yes. ^^ They are.
But even that notwithstanding, I still OTPed them to high heaven. I love ROse, and I BFF the Doctor and Rose, and don't mind shipping them (but then, I am a very promiscuous shipper) but Ten/Reinette was definitely my S2 OTP.
