life is good (mostly)

i'm sorry i've been so totally slack at replying to comments and reading my flist and whatnot. my sisters computer is so slow that it makes my head explode to do anything more complex than check my email and occassionally update LJ. did i spell occassionally right?

luckily, i won't have to worry much longer. i am getting my phoneline installed on thursday, and then my broadband connected. of course, because i'm an idiot, i left my modem at my mothers, so i'll have to wait for her to send it to be online, so i'm thinking maybe friday/monday. and then i will have capital letters back, and will be able to make proper lj posts, instead of these community service announcements.

thanks to everyone for helping me decide on which job to take. i decided on the mobile one, because the pay rate was better and i could work more overtime. i start next tuesday, so i am going to spend this week working on teh novel of doom.

how crazy was the football yesterday!!! i think i must be an unjust, horrible sort of person, because i am well aware that we lost, and yet I don't want them to take our two points off us. oh well, i think football has different rules to life anyway.
