Today I went to the beauty college and had my hair and nails done.

My nails are like Drusilla in season 2 of Buffy when she has black nails and white tips. They look awesome, though the girl doing them freaked out because they were very hard to do. She was funny though, so the freaking out bit was okay.

When they cut my hair it looked like a mullet and I nearly cried. I had to walk down the street with a mullet and people looked at me with pity in their eyes. I came home and washed it though and now it looks very awesome and like a rockstar, with curly bits and layers. I never want to have scary mullet hair again. I will take a picspam at some stage, but not right now because I can't be arsed.

My nails are very long and it is hard to type, but they look so darn spiffing that it is worth it.


Then I had a nap and dreamed that my mum yelled at me for wasting my money on getting my nails done. It would've happened for real, only my phone has been disconnected. I am refusing to admit that dream!mum may have had a point.

OMG! Antish mind meld...I had a dream (the night before last) that I had my hair cut and I was walking through the local bistro feeling all fabulous and flipping my hair and whatnot then I went into the ladies' room and caught a look at myself!! Curly mullet! It was horrifying! And it was too short to do anything with it! Every time I tried to put it in a ponytail or pin it with a barrette it would just escape in awry curls making me look like darth maul or something. GAH! It was dreadful.

I'm so relieved that your reality is more like my dream in REVERSE!
