My life borders on the ridiculous

So, I was on my way to work yesterday morning when they called me to say I had the job I was interviewed for on Thursday. Yay, right? So, I went to work and resigned. That was all fine, I mean my team leader was unconvincingly upset and Harry almost cried and kept hugging me, but it was all good.

So, on the way home from work, I got a call from the new job saying "OOPSIE, NO YOU DON'T HAVE THE JOB AFTER ALL!"

This is me, unemployed.

With 2.5 months left until I go to Japan and still about $2000 away from my savings goal.

But seriously, how can you offer someone a job and then just take it back????

But then I got home and everyone had posted the Truth PV and then the Kaze no Mukou e PV, so life isn't all bad. Arashi makes most bad things go away. I'm sure I'll find something soon anyway, being super-awesome and all. Plus, now I'll have time to catch up on LJ and awesome things like that, yay!!

Anyway, I was going to post other things, like about how freaking awesome those PVs are, like with Matsujun's super NINJA KICK and then in Kaze no Mukou e, how he's wearing half a poncho-like thing! And just... Truth! Gah! Hot!!! Also about how my interest in the Olympics begins and ends with Sakurai Sho's involvment, so I went and saw the X-Files movie instead, and how Scully is still super-hot, only my nephew is here to go to the footy so I have to go.

Hopefully I will yell a lot at the football and work out my unemployment angst!!

The Truth PV is awesome! It looks like a cross between Seishun Amigo and Taiyou no Namida, but still! Awesome!! I love their outfits, everyone is superhot in it!

Yeah, I don't get why they would do that! I was seriously staring at my phone for like 10 minutes afterwards like "omg, did that really just happen". I would've yelled at them only I was on a packed tram and didn't want to look like even more of an idiot!

THE TRUTH PV IS TOTALLY PWNING MY SOUL RIGHT NOW!! I love that sexy shimmy bit they do where Nino is standing in front of Ohno and kind of looking back at him. They are all so hot in it, it's kind of bad in a way, because I have to keep watching it to notice the others, but then I keep just getting distracted by Ohno so it's like "OH NO, I HAVE TO WATCH IT AGAIN, AGAIN!". Not that I'm really minding.

Yeah, there are tons of jobs at the moment so it shouldn't be too hard to find something else.

I'M SO JEALOUS THAT YOU JUST WENT!!! We're staying in Aoyama. Not just because the hotel we've booked is around the corner from the JE building, because that would be stalkerish and weird, right? But yes, recommend places for me! I have no idea about good places to go out of a night and stuff like that! And it sounds like you had so much fun!!

Ahhh. akjks it's ok, we would have gone to the Johnny's shop in Fukuoka too except we melted. Hmm these are all in Tokyo as we didn't really go outside of Tokyo apart from Fukuoka, but you definitely need to go to Harajuku because it's so buzzing, so alive and not to mention all of the fantastically dressed people there.

Akihabara is know as electrical city and if you need cheap ipods, phones, mp3 players i would definitely head there. Although if you don't go anyway because it's a wonderful place anyway.

Shibuya for the shopping :DD You can seriously blow a huge amount of money. Also it never ever sleeps.

We spent some time in Ebisu but mostly in the train station when we used our JR pass and I really liked it. Also see if you can fine Ebisu Garden Place from Hana York Dango as we failed, lol.

Go to Shinjuku too because again great shopping and it's just a great place.

Ikebukuro which is like gaming central, i.e. probably one of Junno's favourite places! Also it's great to walk down the streets and stare at all the massive bill boards and bright colours.

In terms of clubbing we only went to two places, Atom (http://translate.google.co.uk/translate?hl=en&sl=ja&u=http://www.clubatom.com/&sa=X&oi=translate&resnum=1&ct=result&prev=/search%3Fq%3Datom,%2Bshibuya%26hl%3Den%26safe%3Doff%26sa%3DG%26pwst%3D1) in Shibuya which was....awful ajsj. It's a favourite club for Ryo and Jin and um yeah. I can see why if you just want to pick up a girl for the night...

The second one we went to was New Lex (http://www.newlex-edo.com/index2.html) which was in Roppongi and pretty easy to get to--just get out at exit five at Roppongi subway station, come up and turn left until you see the B-Roppongi. It's up the side street next to it with sort of odd red coloured lights. ajssj let me know if you need directions closer to the time because it was an absolutely fantastic night out. I would also recommend Roppongi to you anyway because it was a fantastic place to stay in.

We're definitely going to Ikebukuro, because they have a Gyoza Stadium!! From our "to do" list, I'm starting to think we're going to eat our way around Japan. It's like the Food and JE Tour or something. XP
