happy supernatural day!

antpower* this week has been the sucky week from hell but because today is supernatural day, i have decided to ignore it

notmonica for the virtual chocolates. *squishes you* thank you, i was having an awful day and that made me feel loads better!!!
* i am so poor that third world countries are raising money to buy me a goat.
* have just finished rewatching season 1 of gilmore girls. baby!Jared should totally have hooked up with baby!Chad, they would both be better off without rory.
* have also been watching friday night lights, grey's anatomy season 1, house season 1 and one tree hill season 2, i'll have thoughts on those another time when it's not supernatural day.
* have spent the past few days diving into the murky waters of fanvids. not making them, just watching them on youtube. some are kind of lame but then there are some that are so hilarous they break my brain. anything set to coldplay's 'fix you' seems to be an automatic winner. and there's a prison break one called 'prison bitch' that i would rec to just about anyone. the internets are so awesome.
* today my nephew has his first ever job interview. he has a tie to wear and everything. it makes me feel very old, but also good that i might soon be able to hit him up for a loan.
* i tried to write yesterday but then my ex showed up and he wouldn't leave. i wrote a total of 8 words but he bought me coffee and a veggie burger so i didn't mind too much.
* also? HAPPY SUPERNATURAL DAY EVERYBODY!

Oh god, yes. It seems like just about every vidder has used it in every fandom (I did a Prison Break video with it last year), but I love that song and it feels like it works for just about anything.
