I tried catching up with all the posts on my flist that I've missed over the last week or so, but I gave up at skip 300. If I've missed anything important, I'm sorry!!! I think Fruits Basket had around 130 chapters and anime ended around chapter 45. If you haven't read it, you missed a lot of things. Like the Cinderella play with Yuki as fairy godmother, Hanajima as Cinderella and Tohru as evil stepsister. Do you know the big spoiler about Akito? And in the end almost everybody were paired up with someone.

They think it's too early for the couple to kiss, but they still need fanservice?

Yeah, I'll have to read it at some point. I don't know any spoilers or anything, I've only seen the anime and read maybe the first two or three volumes.

But IT'S DEFINITELY NOT TOO EARLY FOR THEM TO KISS!! THEY SHOULD'VE KISSED MANY, MANY TIMES ALREADY!!!

Be careful, the Akito spoiler is everywhere. I think some couples in anime/manga are there to tease. The authors will never have the guts to make it happen, but they never stop teasing. Shin/Yankumi is one of them.

I don't know, I'm pretty happy with how the ShinKumi ended up in the special, it seems like Yankumi finally realised what Shin was to her, and I think that's the main thing between them.
