Yes! 8 is Kakashi!!! (You were so close earlier!) And he would definitely rather date 1 than 9. First of all because he's not quite that insane, plus 1 is infinitely prettier. I could probably also hold his own in a fight with him, if he was purely using ninjutsu. Maybe even if he wasn't, because 1 is pretty darn awesome at coping with strange situations.
